Sometimes all you need is Matcha....and Oh wait! some strawberries, to go along with it.  When I first had a strawberry matcha latte, it tasted very sweet and tangy along, with the grassy flavors of green tea. It had a very vibrant and comforting feel to it. Because it was topped with vanilla ice cream when served, it gave the added richness and creaminess. Strawberry matcha latte has been all over the place, which made me realize that why not turn this beautiful combo into an ice cream?! lets get scooping.    Strawberry Matcha Ice Cream This smooth and rich combination is a mix of ripe strawberries, sugar, matcha powder, egg whites, vanilla extract and heavy cream. This is a no churn ice cream which makes it easy to prepare yet taste delicious at every bite. For the extra added freshness, mint and basil can also be added. If you really like matcha and strawberries, this ice cream is just for you. Lets head towards the recipe: I have made this recipe twice and believe me it is never en

Iced Matcha Latte: a refreshing hug!

A refreshing and earthy cup of Matcha Latte is just enough to brighten up your dull mornings. Today I am writing to share my knowledge on how we can achieve the best quality of  Matcha Latte with all the necessary tips and tricks. Without wasting time, lets sip through it.  What is Matcha Latte? This smooth and creamy latte is inspired by the one and only 'café latte'. Here, the espresso shot is replaced with Matcha paste, giving your latte a perfect vibrant green colour paired with bitter sweet flavour.  My favorite version definitely has to be the Iced Matcha Latte. Due to the addition of ice, the bitterness of the tea is cut down and as a beginner with Matcha, I recommend trying it cold.  Milk: which kind is better? Savouring matcha latte with regular milk was pretty decent to taste. But on my second try, I went with almond milk, and it was a game changer. Because almond milk is known to have a light and nutty flavour, it paired really well with Matcha. In addition to that

We all know that Matcha is a vibrant, green looking tea that has been all over the internet, But do you know what exactly it is? Lets get into it! What is Matcha? The word 'Matcha' means 'ground tea' in Japanese. It is a powder made from grounding green tea leaves, finely powdered and is often brewed into tea.
